Mike Adkins

Mike Adkins cofounded Grass Roots as a leading consultant in Design Building, Facility Maintenance, and Master Cultivator of Cultivation facilities for existing and new enterprises in the Legal Marijuana Industry. With over 20 years’ experience in large scale construction and cultivation, and applying a strong expertise in business management, Mike helped revolutionize and legitimatize the booming Medical Marijuana Market in Southern California and Colorado.

JOSHUA WAGGONER

Joshua Waggoner helped cofound Grass Roots and create cultivation standards that revolutionized the Cannabis Industry. Joshua is paramount to providing superior management and facility leadership, including hiring professional and technical staff, implementing staff plans, and installing effective management information systems. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University.

LUKAS NELSON

Lukas has over 15 years of experience in construction and management of Agricultural facilities. He managed numerous facilities throughout the Midwestern States, and was responsible for managing the facility from ground up to operations. Throughout his career in this industry Lukas was working for the Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Lukas attended Purdue University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture.

CHRISTOPHER BRECEDA

Christopher is a highly successful sales and business development executive, who is best known for his multi-channel business development and marketing strategies in multiple industries. With an emphasis on start-up organizational launches, his most recent focus and accomplishments in the Medical and Recreational Marijuana industries include the launch of several successful branded MMJ companies.
